20 to the Bar.
A place of reduced speed,
where we drive slow enough to see if a neighbor
has a new girlfriend, or wave politely at all the old folks,
but fast enough not to worry about
all the broken windows,
or that children no longer play on the streets,
or even the high price
of bad land.
